Papillion's 10 years of design knowledge within residential and hospitality sector, results in a collaboration of talent to create spaces that are both functional and visually captivating. Our Build Manager brings over 30 years of invaluable experience to our team, having worked in the construction industry for decades. With a deep knowledge of every aspect of building, he has gained comprehensive expertise through hands-on experience making him well-versed in all phases of a project. Over the years, he developed a particular passion for carpentry, honing his skills to become a specialist in this craft. His exceptional carpentry knowledge has enabled him to integrate intricate and bespoke woodwork solutions into the homes we build, ensuring both functionality and aesthetic appeal. Chetan is the finance director of the argan house. His role in the company surrounds investment strategy and investment appraisal. Chetan’s past experience in finance and accounting gives him the perfect skill set to identify high yielding investments for in house and client investment opportunities.
